We charge a commission rate of just 5% on the difference between the advertised price of the property and the agreed purchase price. In addition, there is a non-refundable initial registration fee of £50.

Example: Suppose we agree a property price of £500,000 which was initially listed for £550,000. The difference here would be £50,000, and our fee would amount to £2,500.

When you choose Queenstone, we ensure that our commission rate of 5% enables you to keep and save the remaining 95%. We believe in maximising your benefits and ensuring a fair deal for our clients.

No Negotiation, No Fee

We are confident in our negotiation expertise. In the rare event that we are unable to secure a difference between the advertised price and the final purchase price, you won't pay any commission fee. We value your satisfaction and believe that our success is tied to your success.

What if the Property Falls Through?

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances lead to property transactions falling through. If, for any reason, an agreed property purchase falls through, the next agreed purchase will be fee-free, giving you the peace of mind you need during what can be a complex and stressful process.
