Our Negotiation Package is designed for buyers who have found a property and want expert representation to handle negotiations on their behalf.
Initial sign-on price is £245 and then when an offer is agreed:
Up to £300,000 → £250
£300,001 - £500,000 → £450
£500,001 - £750,000 → £650
£750,001 - £1,000,000 → £850
£1,000,001+ → £995
Our Acquisition Package is designed to take the hassle out of home-buying, providing expert guidance, exclusive property options, and skilled negotiation to secure the best deal for you.
Initial sign up price of £495 and then 1.5% of the agreed purchase price when an offer is agreed.

We are confident in our negotiation expertise. In the rare event that we are unable to secure a difference between the advertised price and the final purchase price, you won’t pay any commission fee (except the initial sign on price). We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances lead to property transactions falling through. If, for any reason, an agreed property purchase falls through, the next agreed purchase will be fee-free, giving you the peace of mind you need during what can be a complex and stressful process.
