Initial sign-on price is £245 and then 5% of the difference agreed in stage 2.
Acquisition Package
Our Acquisition Package is designed to take the hassle out of home-buying, providing expert guidance, exclusive property options, and skilled negotiation to secure the best deal for you.
Acquisition Package Pricing Structure
Initial sign up price of £495 and then 1.5% of the agreed purchase price when an offer is agreed.

Oscar
Founder & Director
I’m Oscar the founder of Queenstone and an experienced property professional with a passion for helping people secure their dream home. I live in Norwich with my partner and Ragdoll Cat, Wesley and assist clients across East Anglia.
I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2017 with a degree in Business Management, and have since worked at estate agencies across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. I have worked my way up from trainee negotiator to area manager, and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property market.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, playing hockey, and supporting Norwich City Football Club. I am a well-rounded individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Wesley
Head of Pawblic Relations & Wellbeing Officer
Wesley is Queenstone’s resident ragdoll and our Head of Pawblic Relations and unofficial Wellbeing Officer. His role is simple: boost morale, keep stress levels low, and remind us that every big decision is better after a break, a stretch, and a fuss. When he’s not supervising meetings from the nearest windowsill, he’s busy perfecting his nap schedule and maintaining excellent relationships with delivery drivers.

No Negotiation, No Fee
We are confident in our negotiation expertise. In the rare event that we are unable to secure a difference between the advertised price and the final purchase price, you won’t pay any commission fee (except the initial sign on price). We value your satisfaction and believe that our success is tied to your success.
What if the Property Falls Through?
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances lead to property transactions falling through. If, for any reason, an agreed property purchase falls through, the next agreed purchase will be fee-free, giving you the peace of mind you need during what can be a complex and stressful process.
